David Bartley, San Antonio District Manager, was born and raised in San Antonio. After receiving his first Associates Degree from Jacksonville College he went to work for Classified Parking in 1983 as assistant manager of the Manor House Garage. In 1985 he joined the United States Air Force and received his second Associates Degree in Air Traffic Control. He worked for the next eight years as an air traffic controller and two years as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge at two of the military's busiest airports, including Japan's airport in Okinawa. As manager of systems he was responsible for inter- and intra- connectivity for over 400 computers with a budget of seven million dollars. During his term of service David received numerous medals and awards, including a Commendation Medal, National Defense Medal, Humanitarian Medal and two Achievement Medals.
Throughout his military service, David continued his education and received his Bachelors Degree in Occupational Education (1991) and his Masters in Business/Hospital Administration (1992). After honorably serving his country for twelve years, David left the military and settled in Abilene, Texas, where he owned and operated three successful businesses. In 2003 he received his Masters of Divinity. In 2005 he moved his wife of 21 years and two children back to his home town of San Antonio, where he was a teacher and athletic director for a private school. In 2007 David joined our team and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of our organization. He has overseen the management of one of our largest volume accounts within the organization and continues to strive at changing the way you view valet.
