David Coleman, Founder and President, was raised in the Dallas area. Upon completion of his education from Jacksonville College, he took an entry level management position with one of the largest privately owned parking operators in Texas. Being successful in managing the most difficult locations the organization had, he quickly moved up to oversee the management and operation of numerous facilities which included commercial parking facilities, self park lots and valet operations. In 1987 he joined the staff at Baylor University Medical Center in the Public Safety and Parking division. After one year he was promoted to Lieutenant and was placed in charge of the Parking Division which included fifty five parking facilities that encompassed surface parking lots, high-rise garages, valet operations, and shuttle/transportation services.
In 1991 he joined the largest valet parking operator in the nation as Vice President (Texas Division) and was instrumental in the successful growth of the organization. After many years of building business for others he decided to venture out on his own and founded First Impressions Valet. Today, through his leadership and vision, the organization has expanded to three major markets in Texas and provides parking and transportation services to a variety of clients.
